Every dish is prepared just before it is served, care is lavished over every course, and every wish of the diners can be fulfilled. The discreet and efficient waiting staff, led by our maître d’, attend to the needs of the guests without being intrusive.
All catering is handled by our accomplished chef. From the simplest dishes to the most demanding menus, everything is done with culinary mastery and creativity.

All our people are at your service for the whole day, responding quickly and courteously to all your requests and needs and to those of your guests. NOT JUST AT THE TABLE
There will be an aperitif with a buffet to serve the guests after the ceremony and before the wedding banquet. Sweet and savory finger food will be served, as well as whatever your guests want to drink: freshly-squeezed juices, wine and spumante, cocktails and aperitifs. After the banquet and the wedding cake, we will serve your guests rum, cigars and chocolate.
THE DINNER FOR CHOOSING
To make choosing your wedding menu pleasant and simple, you will be our welcome guests at a dinner with the chef before the reception. With our chef you can choose the dishes and decide the details of the entire menu. The dishes that you will be served, including seafood and meats, will be tailored specifically to your instructions. You can make all the changes you wish. And of course we have menus for vegetarians, vegans, children, coeliacs, diabetics, and other diners with special needs.
All our ingredients are selected with great care: seafood fresh from the fishmarket in Viareggio, Tuscany’s finest meats, traditional Italian products with PDO (protected designation of origin), and exotic ingredients from far-off lands. The dishes we create from all these ingredients have aromas and flavors that are unequalled.
